Fresh seared sea scallops with a tomatillo-lemon butter sauce, over vegetable rice pilaf

Hula Skirt   |   Coconut Blonde Ale, 5.4% abv

Classic pork schnitzel with lemon butter sauce over mashed potatoes

 

FOURTH COURSE

Irish Wrist Watch   |   Irish Red Ale, 4.8% abv

Tender, grilled New Zealand lamb lollipops with a red ale demi, served with smashed fried fingerling potatoes topped with red ale caramelized cipollini onion

 

FIFTH COURSE

Kukulkan   |   Mayan Chocolate Chili Stout, 11.1% abv

Flourless chocolate cupcake, accompanied with crispy Neuske’s bacon, finished with a chocolate drizzle & sprinkle of sea salt
